Ideal candidate: • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen On a typical shift you will marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases; taste and adjust seasoning for consistency; follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces; check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down; prepare the mise en place before each service. Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. Pay around ₦250,000 per month, based on your experience. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Six days a week, one day off.
