Fry cook — Obowo

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a fry cook in Obowo, Imo State. The job is in a hotel kitchen. What we are looking for: • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • Strong knife skills and speed on the line Day to day you will chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat; prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch; knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha; label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in; taste and adjust seasoning for consistency; manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs. Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. Pay around ₦130,000 per month, based on your experience. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Rotating shifts.
