Head baker — Coryell County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a head baker in Coryell County, Texas. You will work in a hotel pastry kitchen. Day to day you will load and unload the deck oven with a peel; weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe; boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing; knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer. You should have: • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving • Accurate at weighing and following recipes At least 4 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time with occasional weekends.
