Dough maker • Isu, Imo State

We are recruiting: we are hiring a dough maker in Isu, Imo State. You will monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch; laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter; pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls; weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe; grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds; rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials. Requirements: • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving • Accurate at weighing and following recipes 2+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time with occasional weekends.
