Urgent requirement: we are hiring an offshore rigger in Hernando County, Florida. You will work at a shipyard. The role involves: • Attach wire rope and chain slings to loads using shackles and hooks • Direct the crane operator with standard hand signals and radio • Fit tag lines to control and steady suspended loads • Read lift plans and method statements before starting Requirements: • Able to inspect and reject defective lifting gear • Physically fit to handle heavy chains, slings and shackles • Sharp eye for safety and hazard awareness Six days a week, one day off.
