What we are looking for: • Good knowledge of the menu, ingredients and beverages • Familiarity with POS billing and order-taking systems • Smart, well-groomed appearance and a clean uniform The role involves: • Clear and reset tables between covers • Take food and drink orders on the POS terminal or order pad • Upsell starters, desserts and beverages • Lay table covers with cutlery, napkins, glassware and crockery • Polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place • Pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left 4+ years on the tools preferred.
