Immediate opening: we are hiring a meat trimmer in Perry County, Ohio. The job is in a supermarket meat department. On the job you will handle: • Debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife • Vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders • Take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking • Sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone You should have: • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate • 2+ years experience working as a butcher • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
