Waitress — Freestone County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a waitress in Freestone County, Texas. The job is at a beach resort. What we are looking for: • Familiarity with POS billing and order-taking systems • Basic food hygiene and FSSAI awareness • Clear spoken communication and a polite, friendly manner On the job you will handle: • Take food and drink orders on the POS terminal or order pad • Raise the bill on the POS and settle cash and card payments • Polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place • Handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager • Punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket) 4+ years on the tools preferred.
