Powder coating operator wanted in Orsu

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a powder coating operator in Orsu, Imo State. Requirements: • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects Your main tasks: • Keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well • Mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape • Record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness • Cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time • Pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks • Reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse Full-time with occasional weekends.
