Lathe programmer-operator — Sharp County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a lathe programmer-operator in Sharp County, Arkansas. You will work at a busy machine shop. You should have: • Confident with micrometers, vernier calipers and bore gauges • Able to hold tolerances to ±0.01 mm • Experience with carbide tooling and insert selection The role involves: • Set tool offsets and establish work zero (G54) • Measure finished parts with micrometers and vernier calipers • Write and edit G-code programs at the control • Adjust feeds and speeds to control the surface finish 4+ years on the tools preferred. Six days a week, one day off. Pay around $31 per hour, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
