Press shop operator — Mitchell County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a press shop operator in Mitchell County, Georgia. You will be based on the press shop floor. What we are looking for: • Attention to detail and steady hands for accurate loading • ITI in fitter, machinist or sheet metal trade preferred Your main tasks: • Load metal sheets, blanks and coils onto the press bed • Run the press using two-hand controls and foot pedal safely • Punch, blank, pierce, bend and form sheet metal components • Top up the press hydraulic oil and grease the slide ways • Apply die lubricant and keep the tooling clean Part-time with flexible hours.
