Food and beverage server — Scott County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a food and beverage server in Scott County, Illinois. You will be based in a café. On a typical shift you will pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left; lay table covers with cutlery, napkins, glassware and crockery; greet guests, seat them and present the menu; clear and reset tables between covers; carry loaded trays and serve plated dishes to the right table. You should have: • Ability to work fast under pressure during peak service • Basic numeracy for handling cash, bills and change • Familiarity with POS billing and order-taking systems Part-time with flexible hours.
