Sausage maker — Davis County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a sausage maker in Davis County, Iowa. What we are looking for: • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling The role involves portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights; sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone; season and marinate meat on request; keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
