Immediate opening: we are hiring an electrostatic spray painter in Pendleton County, Kentucky. The role involves: • Apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun • Sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper • Pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks • Stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat • Hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage • Record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness Ideal candidate: • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
