Immediate opening: we are hiring a head baker in Saunders County, Nebraska. Ideal candidate: • Accurate at weighing and following recipes • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics Day to day you will score the top of loaves before baking; prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity; weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe; proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them. 6+ years on the tools preferred. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
