Fry cook wanted in Misau

We are recruiting: we are hiring a fry cook in Misau, Bauchi State. You will work at a fast-food outlet. Day to day you will marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases; plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service; follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes; monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks; check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down. Ideal candidate: • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
