Heavy equipment operator (dozer) wanted in Clinton County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a heavy equipment operator (dozer) in Clinton County, Illinois. You will be based on a road construction project. Ideal candidate: • Valid heavy equipment or plant operator licence • Willing to work on remote sites and rotating rosters • Able to read grade stakes, drawings and site levels On the job you will handle: • Strip topsoil and stockpile it for later reuse • Rip hard ground and rock using the rear ripper shank • Backfill trenches and foundations once services are laid • Maintain haul roads and keep drainage falls clear 5+ years on the tools preferred. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
