You should have: • Confident reading insurance estimates and damage reports • Skilled in MIG welding and panel replacement On a typical shift you will read insurance damage reports and assessor estimates; buff and polish the finished panel to remove imperfections; strip out lights, mouldings and trims before repair; feather-edge old paint and prime bare metal before respray. 1+ years on the tools preferred.
