Vacancy available: we are hiring a powder coating operator in Cloud County, Kansas. Ideal candidate: • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg • Willing to work shifts and overtime You will set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow; check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns; cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time; reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse; pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks.
