Deboner — Sitapur

Join our team: we are hiring a deboner in Sitapur, Uttar Pradesh. You will be based in a supermarket meat department. Ideally you have clean, presentable and friendly at the counter; able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry. On a typical shift you will mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder; portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights; stuff and link fresh sausages with casings; sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone; season and marinate meat on request; weigh, price and label cuts for the display case.
