Your main tasks: • Read and interpret the load chart before every lift • Keep every lift within the safe working load (SWL) • Fill in the daily logbook and raise defect reports • Fit the counterweights and check the ground bearing pressure Ideal candidate: • Understanding of hand and radio signals • Good depth perception and hand-eye coordination • Able to read load charts and lifting plans Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough. $3,500 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
