Join our team: we are hiring a café server in Ese Odo, Ondo State. You will be based at a rooftop bar and grill. Requirements: • Prior experience as a waiter in a restaurant or hotel • Basic numeracy for handling cash, bills and change • Basic food hygiene and FSSAI awareness Day to day you will carry loaded trays and serve plated dishes to the right table; follow food hygiene and allergen-handling rules; upsell starters, desserts and beverages; pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left; polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place; take food and drink orders on the POS terminal or order pad.
