Ideal candidate: • Able to read load charts and lifting plans • Physically fit to climb ladders and work long shifts On a typical shift you will watch the load moment indicator (LMI) and stay within rated capacity; help set out the lift plan and barrier off the exclusion zone; keep every lift within the safe working load (SWL); hoist, slew and lower loads smoothly and under control. Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. Full-time with occasional weekends. Performance bonus on top of base pay. $3,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
