Urgent requirement: we are hiring a paint booth operator in Nkwerre, Imo State. Day to day you will record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness; cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time; degrease and clean metal parts before coating; set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow; mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape; stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat. Requirements: • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process ₦95,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
