We are recruiting: we are hiring a press machine operator in Cameron County, Texas. The job is in a metal fabrication workshop. Your main tasks: • Carry out first-off inspection and report rejects to the supervisor • Record output and downtime on the production sheet • Apply die lubricant and keep the tooling clean • Run the press using two-hand controls and foot pedal safely • Load metal sheets, blanks and coils onto the press bed Ideal candidate: • Basic understanding of metal grades and thicknesses • Attention to detail and steady hands for accurate loading 2+ years on the tools preferred.
