Captain waiter • Macon County, Georgia

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a captain waiter in Macon County, Georgia. You will be based in a five-star hotel. The role involves take food and drink orders on the POS terminal or order pad; greet guests, seat them and present the menu; lay table covers with cutlery, napkins, glassware and crockery; polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place; upsell starters, desserts and beverages; check back during the meal and handle special requests. You should have: • Good knowledge of the menu, ingredients and beverages • Ability to work fast under pressure during peak service • Familiarity with POS billing and order-taking systems On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
