You should have: • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths Day to day you will debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife; monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain; run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone; keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled; season and marinate meat on request. At least 5 year(s) in a similar role. Part-time with flexible hours. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Pay around ₦135,000 per month, based on your experience.
