Captain waiter — Washington County

Join our team: we are hiring a captain waiter in Washington County, Texas. The job is in a quick-service restaurant. What we are looking for: • Prior experience as a waiter in a restaurant or hotel • Basic numeracy for handling cash, bills and change • Willingness to work weekends, evenings and split shifts The role involves: • Polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place • Greet guests, seat them and present the menu • Clear and reset tables between covers • Pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left • Upsell starters, desserts and beverages • Lay table covers with cutlery, napkins, glassware and crockery 6+ years on the tools preferred.
