Day-to-day duties: • Carry out pre-start checks on tracks, hydraulics, coolant and engine oil • Form embankments and batter slopes to the required angle • Maintain haul roads and keep drainage falls clear • Clear land of trees, stumps and debris before earthworks begin • Grade and level subgrade for roads, pads and platforms You should have: • Safety awareness around banksmen, trucks and other plant • Knowledge of daily greasing and pre-start inspections Rotating shifts.
