Join our team: we are hiring a powder coating sprayer in Bukuru, Benue State. You will be based at a powder coating unit. You should have: • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes The role involves: • Mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape • Apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun • Set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow • Top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations • Stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat • Pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough. ₦6,500 per day, negotiable for the right hands.
