Pot washer • Obowo, Imo State

We are recruiting: we are hiring a pot washer in Obowo, Imo State. You will work in a hospital canteen. What we are looking for: • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers On the job you will handle: • Wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils • Top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures • Load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles • Clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls 3+ years on the tools preferred. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
