Ideal candidate: • Comfortable working long shifts in dust, heat and uneven terrain • Valid heavy equipment or plant operator licence Your main tasks: • Refuel the machine and record running hours • Spread imported fill in even layers ready for compaction • Clear land of trees, stumps and debris before earthworks begin • Maintain haul roads and keep drainage falls clear Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
