Urgent requirement: we are hiring a powder coating operator in Comanche County, Oklahoma. The job is in a busy paint shop. You will sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper; record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness; stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat; mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape; cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time; hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage. Requirements: • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew.
