We are recruiting: we are hiring a hydraulic press operator in Castro County, Texas. What we are looking for: • Attention to detail and steady hands for accurate loading • Physically fit to stand a full shift and lift blanks up to 20 kg • Knowledge of press safety, guarding and lockout-tagout The role involves adjust press stroke, shut height and tonnage settings; apply die lubricant and keep the tooling clean; fit and check guards, light curtains and safety interlocks before starting; watch for cracks, burrs, wrinkles and double-hits on parts; feed blanks into the die and remove formed parts.
