Day-to-day duties: • Upsell starters, desserts and beverages • Greet guests, seat them and present the menu • Pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left • Clear and reset tables between covers Ideal candidate: • Ability to carry loaded trays and stay on your feet for long shifts • Familiarity with POS billing and order-taking systems 4+ years on the tools preferred.
