Captain waiter — Sutton County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a captain waiter in Sutton County, Texas. You will work in a coffee shop. You should have: • Basic food hygiene and FSSAI awareness • Clear spoken communication and a polite, friendly manner • Ability to carry loaded trays and stay on your feet for long shifts Day to day you will clear and reset tables between covers; carry loaded trays and serve plated dishes to the right table; punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket); explain the day's specials and recommend dishes; coordinate order timing with the kitchen and the bar. Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
