We are recruiting: we are hiring a panel technician in Devon, England. You will work at an accident repair garage. Requirements: • Confident reading insurance estimates and damage reports • Physically fit for lifting panels, bending and kneeling • Comfortable working with dust, noise and spray fumes The role involves mask off glass, rubbers and trim before painting; mix and spread body filler, then block-sand to a smooth contour; knock out dents and creases using a panel hammer and dolly; treat rust, apply seam sealer and underbody protection; read insurance damage reports and assessor estimates; check alignment with measuring gauges after a structural pull. At least 4 year(s) in a similar role. Rotating shifts. Meals and transport allowance provided. Walk-in interviews this week.
