Immediate opening: we are hiring a steam press operator in Ikorodu, Lagos State. The job is at a textile finishing unit. What we are looking for: • Physically fit to lift bundles and handle repetitive work • Aware of steam iron safety and basic machine upkeep • Able to operate a steam press, vacuum table and fusing machine Day-to-day duties: • Sort bundles by fabric, shade and order number • Remove creases, wrinkles and packing folds with a steam iron • Spray water or starch to set sharp creases on trousers and shirts • Fuse interlinings and fusible tape on the fusing press On-the-job training and a clear path to grow.
