What we are looking for: • ITI or diploma in fitter or machinist trade an advantage • 1-2 years' experience operating production machinery • Basic record-keeping and part-counting skills The role involves follow lockout-tagout before cleaning or clearing the machine; measure parts with vernier calliper, micrometer and go/no-go gauges; carry out daily clean-down and 5S of the work station; load raw material and feed stock into the machine hopper; set up and start the machine as per the job card; change tooling, dies and moulds during product changeovers.
