Fine-dining server • Andrews County, Texas

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a fine-dining server in Andrews County, Texas. The job is at a rooftop bar and grill. The role involves check back during the meal and handle special requests; polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place; punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket); raise the bill on the POS and settle cash and card payments; handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager; follow food hygiene and allergen-handling rules. What we are looking for: • Basic food hygiene and FSSAI awareness • Willingness to work weekends, evenings and split shifts • Good knowledge of the menu, ingredients and beverages Six days a week, one day off.
