Day-to-day duties: • Run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone • Keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled • Monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain • Season and marinate meat on request You should have: • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling • Knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required Pay around ₦225,000 per month, based on your experience.
