Dough maker wanted in Pershing County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a dough maker in Pershing County, Nevada. Your main tasks: • Decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream • Monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch • Load and unload the deck oven with a peel • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds • Prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity Ideal candidate: • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen • Basic cake decorating and piping skills At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
