Laundry presser — Jefferson County

Now hiring: we are hiring a laundry presser in Jefferson County, Oregon. You will work at a dry cleaner's. You will keep the boiler topped up and hold steady steam pressure; clean and descale the iron soleplate and steam vents; shape collars, cuffs and lapels using a tailor's ham and sleeve board; spray water or starch to set sharp creases on trousers and shirts. Requirements: • Comfortable standing long shifts in a hot, humid environment • A keen eye for scorch, shine and uneven creases 3+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time, day shift.
