Gantry crane operator — Cachar

We are recruiting: we are hiring a gantry crane operator in Cachar, Assam. You will be based on a bridge and infrastructure project. You will park up the crane, stow the jib and isolate at end of shift; rig and sling loads using slings, shackles and spreader beams; fill in the daily logbook and raise defect reports; follow hand signals and radio calls from the banksman or slinger; read and interpret the load chart before every lift. Ideal candidate: • Able to read load charts and lifting plans • Physically fit to climb ladders and work long shifts 3+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time, day shift.
