Requirements: • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler Your main tasks: • Portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights • Take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking • Break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts • Season and marinate meat on request • Keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools Overtime paid at a premium rate.
