Immediate opening: we are hiring a carpenter in Jasper County, Illinois. You will install skirting boards, architraves and dado rails; assemble bespoke and flat-pack kitchen units and fit worktops; build and erect roof trusses, rafters and stud partitions; read and work from architectural drawings and cutting lists; lay laminate, engineered and solid wood flooring. You should have: • Confident with hand and power tools such as saws, routers and planers • Physically fit to lift, kneel and work at height • Accurate to fine tolerances on finish work Meals and transport allowance provided.
