Halal butcher — Gwaram

Join our team: we are hiring a halal butcher in Gwaram, Jigawa State. You will work at a wholesale meat market. Ideal candidate: • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day • Knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler Day to day you will take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking; run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone; monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain; sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone. Full-time with occasional weekends. Pay around ₦600 per hour, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
