The role involves: • Debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife • Keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled • Portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights • Take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking You should have: • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling Six days a week, one day off.
