Immediate opening: D6/D8 dozer operator (Nebraska)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a D6/D8 dozer operator in Box Butte County, Nebraska. The job is at a land-clearing site. The role involves clear land of trees, stumps and debris before earthworks begin; cut and fill ground to the levels marked on the grade stakes; grease pins and bushes and check undercarriage tension daily; rip hard ground and rock using the rear ripper shank; operate crawler dozers to push and spread fill across the site. Ideal candidate: • Comfortable working long shifts in dust, heat and uneven terrain • Knowledge of daily greasing and pre-start inspections Six days a week, one day off.
