You will label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in; monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks; marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases; follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes; cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations. You should have: • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen 4+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time, day shift.
